- Cloud Saves sign-in problems or account deletion. Write from the email address on the account.
- Privacy requests about data described in our Privacy Policy.
- Copyright or credit concerns about an image, video or quote. Tell us which page and which material, and we will review it promptly.
Problems with the game itself
We do not run the game, its servers or its accounts. For bugs or progress lost inside the game, contact its creator through the original game site ↗. Our loading guide and save backup guide cover the most common issues.
