What is it useful for?
Choose Azeroth Stats when you want to revisit a run after it ends. It keeps local history and comparisons rather than only a live damage window, so you can look back at equipment, observed spell ranks and the events the client made available.
- Filter retained runs by class and difficulty, open a report and compare two runs.
- Build a HUD with up to eight chosen metrics, each with its own scope and layout.
- Favorite important runs to retain them; Nemesis separates confirmed death sources from probable last attackers.
Get started after installation
Install the addon using its current repository instructions first. These steps follow the author’s documentation; check for changed commands or UI after an update.
- Use the release’s player ZIP. Close the client and place AzerothStats in the active AddOns folder, with AzerothStats.toc directly inside. Preserve its SavedVariables when updating.
- Restart and open /azstats. Choose History to inspect a retained run, or use /azstats compare to compare two.
- Open /azstats hud to choose metrics and their scope. Apply commits your layout; Cancel discards the draft.
Useful tips & limitations
The README targets Windows and currently labels its build beta. Observed statistics are not a complete lifetime record; missing API values remain unavailable.
- Its DPS record is an observed run-average maximum, not instantaneous burst. Co-op samples do not prove a teammate earned the same achievement.
If a game update causes a problem, disable the most recently added addon and report the game version, addon version and exact error to its author.
