Understand the categories

- Defeat the named final boss; zone progress and an achievement are different checks.
- Classes
- Read class-specific goals before changing your hero or talents.
- Collection
- Permanent gear collection is separate from jewelry found during a run.
- Feats
- Special kills and single-run conditions reward careful preparation.
- Lifetime
- Kills, gold and runs accumulate; inspect the total on your save.
- Co-op
- Party size, class mix and difficulty can all be required.
The game also contains Heroic, gear-star and marks milestones. For example, Never Ending asks for six Endless bosses in one run; that is a boss-count target, not simply a survival time.
An unlock is only one step.
Achievement points, reward prices and cosmetic unlocks are different. Check both the requirement and the available-point balance before buying a perk. A companion appearance does not buy the companion that collects pickups.
